Client: Independent specialty practice
Engagement: Service line expansion, operational build-out, and value-based care readiness
The Challenge
The client had an established wellness and weight loss clinic led by providers and dietitians, and wanted to expand into adult primary care and women’s health. Their EHR was in place, but it had been built entirely around the existing wellness line. Templates, workflows, order sets and reporting had to be rebuilt to support primary care. The practice also needed the regulatory certifications, public health connections, staffing, policies and physical space for a much broader scope of care, all while keeping the existing clinic running.
